Clarence Leaf was a notable company commander in the Sirdar Capellan March Militia during the late Succession Wars Era and Clan Invasion Era.[1]
History[edit]
Captain Leaf was born on the world of Bacum in the Sirdar Polymorphous Defense Zone and worked as a WorkerMech pilot for his family's farm. His experiences as a 'Mech operator earned him a chance to apply for a MechWarrior's slot in the Sirdar CMM's BattleMech Regiment and he subsequently surprised everyone involved when he demonstrated superb marksmanship capabilities. Despite not having fired a weapon before his training began, Leaf immediately earned his posting to the March Militia and ultimately worked his way up to company command. Leaf's preference for practicality over ceremony gave the soldiers under his command a slovenly appearance but they always demonstrated their worth on the battlefield.[1]
