Coby Goss was the aide to the commanding officer of the Magistracy Royal Guards as of 3085.[2]

Colonel Goss, commanding the Second Canopian Cuirassiers, was stationed on Pella II in 3064. During this time, most of Goss's efforts went towards preventing his soldiers from fighting with local Capellan Confederation troops. While the Second Cuirassiers performed their duties without any faults, lingering tensions from the Magistracy of Canopus' role in the Andurien Secession remained difficult to quash.[1]
By 3067, Goss continued to command the Second Cuirassiers and was stationed on Buenos Aires.[3] Following the Jihad, Goss was serving under General Lane Meisel as executive officer of the Magistracy Royal Guards.[2]
