Overview[edit]
A Communications Headset is a small microphone/earphone combination which fits over the user's head, with the mic extending next to their mouth and the main communication located at the back of their neck. The device operates off a small integral battery with enough power for one month of use, although it can also be powered by a standard power pack. The headset has a range of a hundred meters, making it just powerful enough for use on a DropShip but less useful on JumpShips and WarShips.[1]
