Governor Criss was the Planetary Governor of Kelenfold, under both Clan Jade Falcon and subsequently Tamar Pact sovereignty, as of 3152.[1][2]

Conquest of Kelenfold[edit]
The military Governor of Kelenfold, while it was controlled by Clan Jade Falcon, Criss was in charge of the world when Hauptmann Gretchen Becker landed to claim the world for the Tamar Pact in 3152. Worried about supplying food to population of his barely habitable world, due to a delayed delivery from Blue Diamond, Criss agreed to a Trial of Possession with Becker, being a weightlifting contest between a local champion and Tamar's Elemental heritage infantryman Leutnant Connor Blick. Following this lopsided contest won by the Tamar Pact, due to the lighter gravity on Kelenfold, Criss gladly adopted a Tamar uniform, to replace his Jade Falcon garb.[2]
Voices of the Sphere[edit]
In June 3152 Governor Criss was interviewed by Voices of the Sphere, on the topic of the collapse of the Clan Jade Falcon Occupation Zone, and its replacement by the Hinterlands. In this interview Governor Criss praised the efforts of Governor-General Sarah Regis in establishing the Tamar Pact, including her tolerance for the traditions of worlds under her protection, such as the staunchly Clan population of Kelenfold.[1]
