Precentor Cynthia Schaechi is better known as the "Butcher of Downey Ruins," and was described as one of the most infamous Blakists. She vanished after the liberation of Terra.[1] She was captured sometime between 3084 and 3095 by the Marko Lewis Foundation.[2]
