A member of Unending Faith III-Beta, within ComStar's First Division, Blair was serving in the Alpha Fortified Level II as of 3129.[2] By 3140, following an expansion of Unending Faith III-Beta, Blair was serving in its Sigma Heavy Level II.[1]
