David was the commanding officer of the Thirteenth Phalanx Cluster of Clan Ghost Bear's Pi Galaxy as of 3061.[1]

Star Colonel David, serving with the Thirteenth Phalanx Cluster, was stationed on Porthos in 3061.[2] As an expert VTOL pilot, David had acquired a Trinary of Donar VTOLS—nearly the entirety of Clan Ghost Bear's stock—for the Thirteenth Phalanx. On numerous occasions, David's Donars eliminated full BattleMech Stars before the enemy formation could return fire.[1] By 3067, David retained command of the Thirteenth Phalanx and was stationed on Santander V.[3]
