David was a MechWarrior within the 3rd Jaguar Cavaliers during Operation BULLDOG.[1]
History[edit]
In May 3059, David was serving in the Alpha Battle Star of the Second Trinary of the 3rd Jaguar Cavaliers on the world of Hyner when it was attacked by forces of the Second Star League as part of Operation BULLDOG. There his unit engaged the Shigeru's Assault Company of the Second Sword of Light's Fourth Battalion in the Kelian Wolds. The Draconis Combine commander, Tai-i Shigeru Hirotsu, foolishly allowed his unit to engage the Clan forces in one-on-one duels instead of using overwhelming firepower. As the Smoke Jaguars began to gain the upper hand, Hirtosu realized his error and called in additional support to defeat the Jaguars. However, his earlier decision caused the loss of his entire company.[2][3][4]
