Desu Horiama was the commanding officer of the Twenty-first Galedon Regulars as of 3059.[1]

Tai-sa Horiama, serving with the Twenty-first Galedon Regulars, was stationed on Midway in 3059.[2] A previous recipient of both the Bushido Blade and the Foundation of Galedon, Horiama maintained an excellent relationship with Warlord of Galedon Li Dok To after serving under him in two separate units.[1] Following Operation BULLDOG, Horiama retained command of the Twenty-first Regulars and directly lead his Third Battalion on Hachiman while the remainder of the regiment garrisoned New Samarkand by 3067.[3]
