Diana Wilkers was the commanding officer of the Second Regiment of the Second Alliance Air Wing as of 3064.[1]

History[edit]

Chairman Wilkers, serving with the Second Alliance Air Wing, was stationed on Dneiper in 3064 and remained there by 3067.[1][2] Following the Jihad and the Outworlds Alliance's absorption into the Raven Alliance, Wilkers continued to command the Second Air Wing's Second Regiment and was stationed on Crestoblus in 3085.[3]
