Diane Wiggins was a technician in the Waco Rangers as of 3025.[1]

Diane Wiggins, part of the Waco Rangers' Technical Support Group, was as of 3025 assigned to assist Shuni's Scout Lance, Tragedor's Reserve Company of the Third Battalion (Keller's Reserve Battalion). She had at that time recently been promoted from Astech, having exhibited a talent for repairing weapons malfunctions, and was trying to learn as much as possible.
While an eager student, Wiggins was secretive about her background.[1]
