The E. Lawson was an Invader-class JumpShip owned and operated by MacLeod's Regiment, a regiment within the Northwind Highlanders; the E. Lawson and her sister ships, the A. S. Cameron, J. Jee and the T. Beach, were four of the eight JumpShips that made up the integrated transport fleet responsible for moving the entire combined regiment in 3067.[1]
As a part of MacLeod's Fleet, the E. Lawson was under the overall command of Admiral Bridgett McCollin.[1]
