Edith Hacker was a notable hovercraft operator in Tico's Company of the Crucis Lancers during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History[edit]
During the Palmyra Debacle, Corporal Hacker served as part of Captain Tico's combat vehicle company during the unit's resistance against the Draconis Combine. When Hacker's hovercraft was destroyed during the company's early skirmishes, her crew transferred to a Jifty ammunition carrier in order to help keep their comrades supplied. Due to the slower speed of the Jifty, Hacker's crew were unable to join the rest of their unit in the battle that claimed their lives, leaving them as the sole survivors of the company. After escaping from Palmyra in the hold of a merchant DropShip, Hacker ensured that the sacrifice and bravery of the rest of her company became a matter of official record. By late 3145, her team were posted on Numenor while awaiting a replacement combat vehicle with which they could continue to defend the Federated Suns.[1]

Corporal Edith Hacker operated a Sortek Assault Craft during the Palmyra Debacle. After its destruction, she crewed a Jifty.[1]
