Edward Skibinski was the commanding officer of Skibinski's Salvage between 3065 and 3071.[1]
He was described as resembling a fireplug and rarely seen without a bottle of water nearby and a ready grin to hand, Skibinski combined sharp business sense with the ability to work with any person on any problem.[2]
