Elena Marisol-Chaplin is a Mercenary Liaison Officer for the Taurian Defense Force, responsible for handling the day-to-day liaison with chartered mercenary units employed by the Taurian Concordat within the Aurigan Reach.[1]
She would pardon the mercenaries after bringing her evidence of the Directorate's role in the Perdition Massacre.
