In December 3151 Fangxiao was interviewed by Voices of the Sphere, on the subject of the Blackout, and its impact on the lives of citizens of the Inner Sphere. In this interview, Fangxiao indicated the Blackout had harmed Sea Fox trade and profits, with the lack of HPG communications making interstellar commence far less efficient.
