Enlightening the Dark Age covered the history of ComStar. One section covered the growth of SLCOMNET and the HPG system,[1] one the shift towards religion under Conrad Toyama,[2] one the launch of the Jihad (portrayed as a massive-scale tantrum),[3] and one covered the state of Victor Steiner-Davion's Com Guards when Devlin Stone emerged during the Jihad.[4]
