Profession | Mercenary Arena Gladiator Instructor |
History[edit]
Erica Boise was formerly a captain in the Twenty-first Centauri Lancers. For unknown reasons she left the unit and went to Solaris VII at some point prior to 3013.
She fought in the arenas, but suffered an injury in her left ear which cost her the balance to pilot a 'Mech.
After that, she started to work as an instructor, and eventually came to work with Gilgamesh Stables, where she became a coach more than an instructor. Rumors abound that only her relationship with Lorenzo Guildenstern keeps her employed.[1]
Tactics[edit]
Unknown.[1]
BattleMechs[edit]
Unknown, though she was reportedly an expert medium BattleMech pilot.[1]
Notes[edit]
- Based purely on the last name and on hailing from a mercenary unit somewhat associated with the Free Worlds League, there is a theoretical possibility that Erica Boise may be related in some way (possibly mother) to Jason Boise, the protagonist of the (apocryphal) novel Phoenix: An inexperienced nineteen-year-old MechWarrior the battle lance, Fourth company, Second battalion, First Sirian Lancers (Free Worlds League Military) in early 3033 when he was transferred to the Mad Jumpin' Jacks mercenary unit with his Dervish medium 'Mech, Jason Boise would have been born in late 3013 or early 3014. He is the nephew and adoptive son of Amity's governor Tores Thornten.
