Lieutenant Ethel Burdette was a MechWarrior, who served in the Outworlds Alliance aligned Thermokarston Police, as of 2852.[2]
History[edit]
As of 2852, Burdette was a member of the Thermokarston Police's Command Lance, as well as the overall Police's Executive Officer.[2] As part of the garrison for the increasing isolated domed city of Thermokarston on Coyle, following the fall of the Star League, Burdette fought raiders from the neighboring world of Flynn in 2852. While the raiders managed to destroy the city's dome, the Police were able to get their fellow citizens safely into a highly defensible and self-sustaining cavern system, before ejecting the attackers from the soon to be abandoned world.[3]
The loss of her own family during this battle, and her passion for those who survived, were part of the driving force for the Thermo Police adopting the mission of protecting those who remained within the Outworlds Wastes.[1]

Burdette was known to have piloted a OWR-2M Ostwar BattleMech.[2]
