Fashir Tucas was the brother of Seluk Tucas, Prime Minister of the Capellan Hegemony.
When in 2363 Prime Minister Seluk Tucas renounced the Acala Pact and Almach Accords, He demanded the return of all Chesterton worlds to the Capellans. The Capellan Hegemony ambassador Fashir Tucas was recalled from New Avalon but his JumpShip disappeared en route.
