Felicity Lucha was the commanding officer of the Seventy-eighth Division of ComStar's Sixth Army as of 3050.[1]

Precentor IV Lucha, serving with Vigorous Defiance IV-iota, was stationed on Fronde in 3050.[1] During the Battle of Tukayyid, Lucha's headquarters group was targeted by a Clan Steel Viper headhunter strike and was reduced to just herself and twin brothers Justin and Grayson Hare. The two Rifleman pilots provided an expert defense of their commander and accounted for eighteen Elemental troopers, four OmniMechs, and a low-flying OmniFighter before reinforcements relieved Lucha's battered protectors.[2]
