Fisher Moore was the aide to the commanding officer of the Alarion Operations Area's Noisiel Command as of 3050.[1]

Kommandant Moore, serving under Leftenant General Eric Temple, was executive officer of the Donegal March's Noisiel Command in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Moore continued to serve as Temple's second-in-command and held that post by 3054.[2]
