Fleur Sender was a Bloodnamed officer of the Wolf Empire's touman during the Dark Age Era.[1]

Star Commander Fleur was fascinated by reports of the effectiveness of the Tomahawk II during the 3143 Battle of Tharkad and chose to issue a Trial of Possession against her Star Captain for the right to pilot his machine. When her superior chose to fight augmented, Fleur was forced to compete against the Star Captain's Tomahawk II from the helm of her older Daishi, although she ultimately prevailed after knocking her opponent unconscious. As punishment for his ploy to fight with an unfair advantage, Fleur also claimed her opponent's rank of Star Captain as isorla.[1]
