The FSS Flounder was an ST-46 long-range shuttle carried on the FSS Gray Paladin, a modified Union-class vessel masquerading as an independent tramp freighter but in truth serving as a spy ship in Capellan Confederation space between 3026 and the Fourth Succession War.[1]
