Adept Ford Eisner was, as of 3054, a Word of Blake ROM agent.[2]

Eisner was born to a well-off family on Terra. His parents' devout Blakist beliefs carried down, and he rose in ComStar's ranks, proving effective at public relations. He was highly loyal to the Word of Blake post-schism and was thoroughly focused on his work.[1]
In 3054, Precentor Garth Hansen assigned Eisner to claim allegiance to ComStar and spy on a mercenary unit.[1] Unbeknownst to him, Hansen, affiliated with the Toyamas, was using the unit to frame ComStar for an attack on the Berenson HPG, hoping to oust ComStar from the Mercenary Review and Bonding Commission. With Eisner accompanying, the mercenaries arrived at the Berenson HPG, only to be attacked with the HPG itself, weaponized to fire a powerful electromagnetic pulse. As a result, the HPG was destroyed in the clash.[3] The event deeply shocked Eisner, driving him into a days-long mental breakdown.[4] Once he recovered, he revealed what he saw and knew to authorities and the general public, clearing ComStar and the mercenaries.[5]

Eisner was an exceptionally cheerful and friendly man, clean-cut and peppy. He had curly hair and blue eyes.[1]
