Frances Linacre was the aide to the commanding officer of the Alcor Operations Area's Nekkar Command as of 3050.[1]

Leftenant General Linacre, serving under Hauptmann-General Louisa May Hawkyns, was executive officer of the Skye March's Nekkar Command in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Linacre continued to serve as Hawkyns' second-in-command and held that post by 3054.[2]
