Francis Luckiesh was the commanding officer of the 208th Division of ComStar's Tenth Army as of 3050.[1]

Precentor IV Luckiesh, serving with Promising Dialogue IV-eta, was stationed on Chahar in 3050.[1]
Commanding the 208th Division during the climatic Battle of Tukayyid, while Francis Luckiesh would ultimately survive combat against the Clans he was wounded and left permanently paralyzed. No longer able to serve as commander for the 208th, when asked to recommend who best to replace him, Luckiesh would provide a glowing recommendation for then Demi-Precentor Gravely Zane to become his successor.[2]
