Adept Francisco Correia was a ComStar member, who in 3070 helped staff the hyperpulse generator station at Bayern on Ludwigshafen.[1]

Correia was murdered in April 3070 during a public anti-ComStar demonstration in front of the HPG where he worked, suffering a point-blank burst from a Needler Pistol, which shredded his heart and lungs.
Hardwick Meissner was later accused of committing the murder, allegedly out of revenge for his son's death at the hands of Blakists on Donegal, the news of which had been reported by Adept Correia to Meissner two months prior.[1]
