Francois Lankenau was a Bloodnamed warrior and the commanding officer of the Seventh Raven Regulars Cluster of Clan Snow Raven's Kappa Garrison Galaxy as of 3061.[1]

Star Colonel Francois, serving with the Seventh Raven Regulars, was stationed in the Circe system in 3061.[2] By 3067, Francois retained command of the Seventh Regulars and was still stationed on Circe.[3]
