Captain Frank Kozoma was a prison warden prior to the 4th Succession War.

History

In October 3028, Frank Kozoma ran the Östersund Penitentiary on the world of Kirchbach. When Thor Bjorlee, a Tyr Resistance Movement member, was captured he was taken to Kozoma's facility so he could be interrogated by the Internal Security Force Agent Jinjiro Sorro. Thor held vital secrets that could jeopardize the Lyran Commonwealth invasion of Kirchbach as part of Operation GÖTTERDÄMMERUNG.

However, the Combine was unable to gain any of the information that Thor held as the Penitentiary was attacked by a Tyr rescue team led by Knute Guldjord. During the fighting, Frank Kozoma, Jinjiro Sorro and Thor Bjorlee were killed.
