Colonel Gan Ling was the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces garrison commander on Ipswich as of 2764.[1]
History[edit]
Ling clashed with Major General Tryamon Brooks, the commander of the 191st Mechanized Infantry Division, a Star League Defense Force unit also based on Ipswich. Ling and Brooks blamed each other for a failure to eliminate bandits who had launched repeated raids.[1]
