Master Banner Rose and his vessel Fiona were deployed alongside the Seventh Andurien Rangers on Xanthe III and were tasked with teaching the newly-created unit about strategic planning. During the unit's battalion-scale field exercises, Rose would downlink real-time orbital data to one of the battalion's headquarters. Rose gained plenty of experience performing similar operations during the Duchy of Andurien's raids against the Capellan Confederation in 3104, when he and his crewmembers captured Fiona from its original owners. While political changes brought other vessels of Fiona's class into service with the Andurien Defense Force, Rose was likely to retire before Capellan influences could seep further into the Duchy's military.[1]
