Guillaume de Rochford was a member of the Second Syrtis Fusiliers during the Dark Age Era.[1]

Guillaume was a minor noble who attended an academy to become a MechWarrior. Known for his flamboyant looks and actions, he fought on New Syrtis as part of Operation CERBERUS in 3147.
After that he has become a darling of the Capellan March social circuit, being linked to several notable debutantes.[1]
