Halowin Briggs was a Hovercraft commander in the Wolf's Dragoons' Home Guard during the Jihad.[1]
History[edit]
Sergeant Briggs and her platoon were on training maneuvers when Colonel Wayne Waco launched a major surprise assault against Outreach's capital city at the dawn of the Jihad. Briggs was a combat veteran from conflicts on a dozen worlds, including on Outreach itself due to the events of the Dragoons' Civil War, and was able to race back to the capital in time to join the height of the fighting. By the time the Word of Blake decimated Outreach with orbital bombardment, Briggs had claimed fourteen BattleMech kills for herself with another fifty assisted kills, although her platoon was definitively wiped out. Still, Briggs' death was never confirmed and a hovercraft not unlike hers continued to roam Outreach's wastes, hunting both Blakist and rogue mercenary forces alike.[1]
