Harvard Liata was a Com Guards Mechwarrior who took part in the Battle of Tukayyid.

Battle of Tukayyid[edit]
Liata was an Acolyte in Com Guards' Eighty-fifth Division. On 7 May 3052, he was deployed in a hidden spotter location to observe the movement of Clan Diamond Shark forces. He reported the start of the Diamond Sharks attack and was ordered to stay hidden, only to witness the slaughter of his unit. Devastated by this event, Liata deciced to engage against his orders and destroyed two BattleMechs, saved dozens of lifes, and shook the Diamond Sharks enough to stop their advance.[1]
Aftermath[edit]
Due to the bravery and courage shown by Liata in the Battle of Tukayyid, he was awarded with the Focht Star of Honor and consequently promoted to Adept by Precentor Trent Arian.[1]
BattleMech[edit]
He piloted a Hussar BattleMech.[1]
