Heath Giggins was the commander of the Warren Periphery March Militia, with the Federated Suns, as of 3145.[1]
History[edit]
Giggins, with the Warren PMM, was based on Kigamboni as of 3145.[1] The Warren PMM has only recently been relocated to Kigamboni, from their long-term garrison posting on Brusett, and General Giggins was unhappy with the move in light of his unit's experience in the Capellan March during the Word of Blake Jihad.[2]
