Heihachiro Koga was a mechanic turned pirate active in 3073.[1]
History[edit]
Heihachiro Koga and Allen Gillette were mechanics from the AFFS that mustered out of service after Operation SOVEREIGN JUSTICE and the Capellan counter.
It is not know how they ended up leading a pirate band, but by 3073 they had converted half-dozen vintage Striker Light Tanks to amphibious use. They used those vehicles supported by several hoovers to raid a depot on Tinker Island, Caldwell. The AFFS defenders were alerted by the spray blown up by the hoover's drive fans and were able to deploy forces that stopped the raid. Three pirate Strikers were destroyed and one captured, but both leaders and the rest of the pirates escaped.
Both men remain wanted and at large with 300,000-pound bounties on each of their heads.[1]
