Hikrau Dyson was the commanding officer of An Ting's Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery garrison during the War of 3039.[1]

Sho-sho Dyson was commander of An Ting's defending forces when the planet was invaded by the Federated Suns' First Davion Guards and Seventeenth Avalon Hussars in April 3039. The invaders' advance units, under the cover of communications disruptions and Department of Military Intelligence-backed infrastructure attacks, quickly captured the capital city of Tule Mod and dug in while awaiting reinforcement. Several regiments of Dyson's infantry and armor—accompanied by a company of An Ting Legion MechWarriors who had been on leave—pushed hard to regain the capital city from the FedSuns occupiers, but the First Guards' aerospace and 'Mech forces ultimately gave them full control of the city. The arrival of the Seventeenth Hussars quickly forced the DCMS troops to withdraw, first to the city of Turen and then to Dyson's headquarters in Cerant City. Dyson's forces made one last attempt to break out from the Davion encirclement but ceased to function as a fighting force soon after this effort failed, giving the Seventeenth Hussars five thousand prisoners and leaving two thousand militiamen dead.[1]
