Homan Chokei was an officer in the Fourth Ghost Regiment during the War of 3039.[1]
History[edit]
During the Draconis Combine's Operation OROCHI, Sho-sa Chokei brought one company of MechWarriors to Le Blanc disguised as mercenaries while two more companies of machines were smuggled onto the world as part of an IndustrialMech/AgroMech shipment. Chokei spent the month of June making contact with various mercenary units and he was soon able to inform Tai-sa Tomoe Sakade which units would be willing to enter the Combine's employ. On 6 July, the Ghosts and three battalions of mercenary troops they had hired assaulted the Robinson Draconis March Militia's Fort Mason, capturing it after a long battle that saw three militia regiments routed. When Sakade later took half of the Combine's troops off of Le Blanc to raid further into the Draconis March, Chokei remained behind to command two battalions of mercenaries and Ghost warriors. When the Second Ceti Hussars arrived to reinforce the Robinson DMM, Chokei's forces were quickly overwhelmed and Chokei and his command company died to the last man.[1]
