The IX Legion were a mercenary unit operating during the late Dark Age era.[1]
History[edit]
An assault company, the Capellan Confederation-employed IX Legion would take part in Operation CLARITY in 3150. The brutal three-way fighting on Northwind would sour the Legion's commander on continued Capellan employ, allowing their contract with the Confederation to lapse and setting off for Galatea in search of better options.[1]
