Iago Herrera was an officer with the mercenary command known as the Circle of Eight.[1]
History[edit]
In 3015, Iago Herrera's rogue mercenary group Circle of Eight was intent on pillaging a Star League supply depot that Interstellar Expeditions uncovered at an excavation site on Brookeland Prime. They sent several waves of armor and airborne units in their attack, inflicting heavy losses on the mercenary outfit protecting the dig site. Just as they were about to secure the area, Jake Mason of the Nik's Cavaliers reinforced the defenders and helped push the attackers back, forcing the Circle of Eight to send a DropShip down with a GRF-1N Griffin and ASN-21 Assassin. Herrera radioed the defenders of their claim to the site and offered to spare their lives if they left, but they defied his warning and eliminated the rest of their forces.[1]
