Ingrid Sebastian was the commanding officer of the 311th Bomber Wing during the late Dark Age Era.[1]
History[edit]
Sang-wei Sebastian commanded the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces' 311th Bomber Wing, a recently-formed unit on Tikonov that underwent a heavy regime of training before she decided upon its tactical specialty. Sebastian trained all three of her squadrons to fly nape-of-the-earth operations, only rising above the level of the terrain in the moment they released their bombs. While these tactics showed promise in training sessions, Sebastian's inability to keep a third of her aircraft out of maintenance hindered the 311th's readiness.[1]
