Interstellar Business Computers was one of a number of companies based on Nusakan during the Star League era, which was jointly administered by the Lyran Commonwealth Terran Hegemony. As a heavily industrialized world known as a center for the computer and electronics trade, its headquarters was at the heart of one of world's many sprawling cities.[1]
