Isadora Agravaine was an officer with the LCAF.

History[edit]

Early life[edit]

Isadora was the daughter of the Duke of York. She was a childhood friend of Archon Katherine Steiner-Davion, who was a frequent guest at the ducal estate. One of the Archon's companions during the early days of the Lyran Alliance, Katherine also attended Isadora's wedding on Tharkad.[1]

Alliance Guards[edit]

In 3059 Agravaine was promoted to commanding officer of the Alliance Guards Brigade. The promotion from Colonel to Hauptmann-General came only a few days after her wedding.[1]

Civil War[edit]

Despite her close friendship with new Archon Peter Steiner-Davion's disgraced sister, Agravaine was left in her position at the end of the FedCom Civil War. She was one of the highest-ranked pro-Katherine officers left. Peter's inquiry found no signs of malfeasance on her part, and many saw her as an olive branch who could bring other Loyalists back into the fold. While making no real effort to show support for Archon Peter, she also made no signs of support for any of his political rivals.[2]

Jihad[edit]

Agravaine was still in command of the remaining Alliance Guards regiments as late as 3079.[3]. If she played a role in the brigade's reorganization into the Commonwealth Guards in 3084, it was not significant enough to warrant mentioning by Republic Intelligence.[4]
