Isadora Patel was a MechWarrior in the Second Battalion of the Islamabad Crucis March Militia during the Jihad Era.[1]

Leftenant Patel and the Islamabad CrMM's Second Battalion were on field maneuvers on the Islamabad Combat Region's rimward border when the world of Cohagen came under attack from a mixed force of the Third Taurian Lancers. The Taurians were not prepared to run into the Islamabad CrMM and the equally-inexperienced militiamen's poor response lead to significant collateral damage. When the Taurian commander mistook a Hindu religious site for a military base, Patel and her lance were the only force available to protect the location. After two hours of heavy fighting in the narrow valley leading to the Hindu Ashram, the Taurian commander realized her mistake and ordered the remnants of her attacking company to retreat. Patel personally accounted for two destroyed Plainsman tanks, a Vindicator, and a Guillotine by the conclusion of the fighting.[1]
