Issola Chandra was an officer with the Wolf's Dragoons mercenary unit.

History

In 3054, Chandra was the commanding officer of the Dragoons' fleet in orbit above Outreach.

During the Dragoon Civil War Colonel Hamilton Atwyl, commander of the Dragoons' aerospace forces, convinced her to adopt a neutral stance between the two sides. Chandra interned Atwyl as a potential combatant for the remainder of the dispute.

By 3059 she oversaw the Dragoons' Aerospace Command, the Dragoon's fleet of six WarShips, twenty-three JumpShips, eighty-two DropShips, 317 aerospace fighters, and two defense-and-recharge stations at the zenith and nadir jumppoints of Outreach.

By 3067 she was still the commanding officer of the Dragoons Naval Command.
