Tai-i Ataboy fought under an assumed name, which was not considered unusual for the Hikage's former Draconis Elite Strike Team operatives. What was notable was Ataboy's choice of an Uzbek personal name due to the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery's infatuation with subtle symbolism. Since the original Samarkand was located within the Terran nation of Uzbekistan, Ataboy's decision created a rumored connection between himself and the Warlord of New Samarkand. Hidden political messages aside, Ataboy was skilled in breaching and entry tactics and put those skills to good use in service of the Hikage.[1]
