Noted as one of the sub-units of the mercenary co-op the Lone Wolves, Jackie Darwin's WhipIts is a mercenary unit active during the ilClan era.[1]
History[edit]
Much like far older Ace Darwin's WhipIts, Jackie Darwin's version consists of only two permanent members, herself and Mechwarrior-AsTech Moni "GaussGirl" Wingo, with the rest of unit's TO&E constantly changing. This makes the Whiplts rather akin to the Lone Wolves as a whole in that their size and makeup can vary wildly.[2] By 3151 Jackie Darwin's WhipIts were part of the Lone Wolves when they found work for the Alyina Mercantile League in the Hinterlands.[1]

Referred to by some observers as "amorphous", the size of the WhipIts changes frequently, as of 3151 consisting of only two permanent 'Mechs - Jackie Darwin's pink-painted Wight[1] and Moni "GaussGirl" Wingo's midnight-blue Sarath OmniMech Gopala.[2]
