Banshee Demi-Precentor Tau Jaegar van Ribkis was a Word of Blake Manei Domini, who commanded a battle armor squad in the 44th Shadow Division during the Word of Blake Jihad.[1]
Personal Appearance[edit]
Van Ribkis had extensive Manei Domini augmentations, giving him a monstrous appearance, made up of a mishmash of metal parts, synthetic flesh and scar tissue. The augmentations reputedly included dermal plating, MASC-enhanced legs and a toxin effuser which allowed him to spit venom.[1]
History[edit]
In 3068, commanding a Tornado squad in the 44th Shadow Division, van Ribkis participated in a Chaos March raid during which he was wounded. As a result of this injuries however, he received extensive additional Manei Domini augmentations, as an infantry warfare specialist.
In 3073 he participated in the Third Battle for New Avalon with the 44th, fighting with Avitue’s Avenging Angels against Jackson Davion's forces. He was reputed to have destroyed three Federated Suns BattleMechs in as many hours during one phase of this battle, including a Davion Guards Argus.[1]
Battle Armor[edit]
Van Ribkis was known to have initially piloted, from at least 3068, a suit of Tornado PA(L) battle armor. By 3073 had however been reassigned to pilot Asura medium battle armor, which was reportedly one of the first shipped beyond Terra.[1]
