Jakob Perez was the commanding officer of the 4th Donegal Guards in 2765.[1]
He changed many of the unit's traditional Anglo-inspired colors and insignia for more Germanic versions to appeal to the Steiner family. There was some grumbling in the ranks about this disrespect for the unit's history and traditions.[1]
